I train athletes and people who desire fitness for the 'game of life'.  The objective is genuine fitness, not the appearance of fitness. The methods I use are based on old ideas, new research, creativity, my own fitness experiences and my chiropractic training. My ideal client is one who is already motivated to exercise, but has hit a plateau and needs help to achieve the next level.
